Some of these are more detailed then others. It doesn't have to be perfect, it's a funny blogpost. I know this is niche, but I like it.
Ranma
  Always shoots each match twice in different divisions. Every Brutality Ranma is shooting in a different set of divisions. "If it's got Martial Arts Brutality in the title, I can do anything!"

Akane
 Shoots American Standard, and shoots it very well. She's moving from being the best in her local club to being competent but not leading at Brutality.

Nabiki
 doesn't shoot, but sells ammo, food and beverages at a high markup to contestants. She's also available as a camera woman for hire and will sell cheesecake photos of competitors.

Kasumi
 shoots Deadeye, demurely. She's surprisingly good and there's some rumor that she would win every time, but she flubs enough on purpose so other people can have a good time.

Genma
 has a long history of shooting in a lot of competitions around the world. He trained under Happosai with Soun, and is training Ranma to be the very best. He's shot every division at least once but usually he just shoots Heavy Rifle when he attends.

Soun Tendo
 doesn't shoot competition any more. He learned with Genma under Happosai and trained his daughters in the basics but now he runs a range in quasi-retirement.

Happosai
 only shoots Outlaw, always with a gun/gear combo that is just barely allowable at the venue.

Ryoga
 shoots Trooper, when he can find the Venue. His guns are always very heavy. Sometimes when hes a tiny pig he gets shot out of a Can Cannon as a stage gun.

Dr Tofu
 doesn't shoot much anymore, but he's always run clinics to help shooters with problems. If pressed he shoots Space Cowboy with a battle rifle bolt action and scoped 44mag single action.

Tatawatki Kuno
 Shoots irons only with a WWI bolt action rifle, as tradition requires.

Kodachi Kuno
 Only participates in Cyberpunk for the drip, multiple weapons and to gang war with the Kuno Ninja.

The Kuno Ninja,
 (AKA Sasuke Sarugakure) Also shoots Cyberpunk to gang war with Kodachi, but he keeps getting DQ'd and/or changed to Outlaw.

Azusa and Mikado (the ice skating "Golden Pair")
 are a Deadeye Posse. They use teamwork to the extreme, but in a classic style.

Cologne
 shoots Heavy rifle and is a Target Breaker Union member.
|
Shampoo
 shoots whatever division would be the most advantageous to defeat Ranma. This means she's always switching divisions and guns too.

Mousse
 excluisively participates in Cyberpunk for all the gadgets, but no one will gang war with him.
|
Ukyo
 shoots Partizan as she's always carrying a basic load out
|
Tsubasa
 shoots CQB Cyberpunk exclusively with guns that don't look like guns. They're also Live fire cosplay at every event.
